LEADER - Leads and organizes the regular meeting of a Small Group! They make sure community and discipleship happen every week.
CO-LEADER - Assists the Small Group Leader with the health of your Small Group. They assist with details, communication, or leads when the leader is away for a week or sick.
HOST - Opens up their home for a Small Group to meet there on a weekly basis. They focus on creating a welcoming and safe place for folks to gather. This includes hospitality, and refreshments and may include childcare.
APPRENTICE - Spends some time learning what Small Groups are all about by attending a Small Group with the intent of starting a new Small Group in the near future.
